Sole agency find tenant and manage

This means that you have only chosen us, one letting agent, to advertise your property for rent and property management and gives us “sole lettings rights”. As a result, landlords benefit from a discount in landlord fees on this service. West Midlands Lettings will also be in charge of the property management after a tenant is found.

Find tenant and management

Landlords can advertise with other letting agents to find tenants. It is the landlord’s responsibility to inform the agents instructed that the landlord is to be kept informed when a tenant is found and referencing is to commence. This way no disputes arise over which agent found a tenant first and the landlord having responsibility for reimbursing tenants for monies paid for referencing.

West Midlands Lettings will be in charge of the property management once a tenant is found.

Find tenant only

Landlords only require a tenant for their property after which landlords will assume property management.
